Heartbeat Bears are custom keepsakes created with your baby’s recorded heartbeat during your ultrasound session.

• Return Policy: Since Heartbeat Bears are personalized items, they are non-returnable and non-refundable unless defective.
• Exchange Policy: If your Heartbeat Bear arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, we’ll gladly exchange it. Please contact us within 14 days of purchase with your receipt and a description of the issue.
• Condition for Exchange: The item must be unused and returned in its original packaging.

Digital Copy of Ultrasound Heartbeat
